    Yonex
    Yonex rackets carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover damage from normal usage, abuse, or improper stringing. All warranty claims are inspected by Yonex and it is up to Yonex to determine whether the racket will be replaced or not, there is no guarantee that your racket will be replaced.

    adidas
    adidas rackets carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover damage from normal usage, abuse, or improper stringing. All warranty claims are inspected by adidas and it is up to adidas to determine whether the racket will be replaced or not, there is no guarantee that your racket will be replaced.

    Li-Ning
    Li-Ning rackets carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover damage from normal usage, abuse, or improper stringing. All warranty claims are inspected by Li-Ning and it is up to Li-Ning to determine whether the racket will be replaced or not, there is no guarantee that your racket will be replaced.

    Victor
    Victor rackets carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover damage from normal usage, abuse, or improper stringing. All warranty claims are inspected by Victor and it is up to Victor to determine whether the racket will be replaced or not, there is no guarantee that your racket will be replaced.

    If you purchased your racket from BadmintonDirect.com and believe that it has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps. 
    Important! Write the RMA Number on the outside of the box

    Step 1: DO NOT REMOVE/CUT STRINGS. Regardless of the amount of breakage, the strings must be kept intact for the manufacturer to inspect your racket and make a decision on whether your warranty claim will be accepted.

    Step 2: Contact BadmintonDirect.com and obtain a RMA number by sending an email to warranty@badmintondirect.com 

    Step 3: Once you have received an RMA number, ship your item back to BadmintonDirect.com:

    • Important-> Write the RMA number on the outside of the box!
    • Securely pack your item, preferably in the original shipping box and use a carrier with tracking information (ie UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc). Insurance is highly recommended. BadmintonDirect.com will not be responsible for any mishandled, lost or damaged packages. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer at time of shipping.
    Step 5: BadmintonDirect.com will notify you that your item has been received and will submit your racket to the manufacturer for warranty claim consideration. Warranty claims typically turnaround is between 2-3 months. If your claim is granted and a replacement racket is issued, shipping back to you as well as any string + stringing will all incur additional charges. Please speak to your BadmintonDirect.com rep for more details after your claim has been approved from the manufacturer.
