The Yonex Isometric TR-1 is meant to take your game to the next level by strengthening your arm. It does this by over doubling the weight of an average badminton racket @ 118 grams. This racket also comes with a removable semi-mesh head cover increasing wind resistance while still allowing a natural swinging motion. This racket is recommending to players of high school age or older; HOWEVER, it is suggested to not use for longer than 20 minutes at a time even for full grown adults.
