Defective Product Return Process

Do you have a defective product? We'll help you file your warranty claim with the manufacturer. Please read our warranty page for information specific to each vendor.

Step 1: When was your order shipped?
Defective products can be returned for warranty claims within the warranty period (1 year).

Step 2: Contact BadmitonDirect.com to receive an RMA number.
Email support@badmintondirect.com and a representative will assist you with your defective item return as well as provide you with information on the warranty process for the specific manufacturer of your item. Please make sure to leave the strings on your badminton racket intact. Also, leave the racket in the condition the defects or damages were found. Removing the strings or altering the product may void your warranty with Yonex.

Step 3: Once you have received an RMA number, ship your item back to BadmintonDirect.com.

Shipping costs to Badminton Direct will be paid by the customer. When the customer's product has been determined of its defects, Badminton Direct will handle the shipping costs to the customer.
Step 4: BadmintonDirect.com will notify you that your return has been received and contact you with an update on your warranty claim. 
The defective warranty process with Yonex can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Customers are welcomed to check on the status of their product by contacting us via returns@badmintondirect.com
